The breeder behind Serious Seeds is called Simon. He is responsible for all the genetic material that the Seed Bank offers. Simon studied biology at one of these universities in Amsterdam and has always been a non-smoker (of tobacco, but inevitably also of cannabis, because in Holland it is a common experience to mix the good ganja with tobacco and smoke a sports cigarette). He only discovered the benefits of smoking pure ganja after his studies, during an expedition through Africa in 1986. Today, Simon is one of the few Dutch people who can enjoy this wonderful plant in its pure form, as almost everyone should. From that moment on, he began to build up a collection of cannabis seeds. Back in Holland, he immediately began to grow the Cannabis seeds he had brought with him for intensive study of those plants. The logical consequence for Simon was to cross the best plants with each other.
The legendary Dutch seed bank Magus Genetics merged with Serious Seeds to form one company. Serious seeds has taken over Magus Genetics and continues to produce the six Magus Genetics Cannabis seeds Warlock, Double Dutch, Exil, Biddy Early and Bidda Sister.
