All products marked "In stock" or "Available for immediate delivery" are ready for immediate shipment. Shipping takes place after receipt of money.

Estimated transportation times by shipping method:

GLS 1-3 working days, Letter uninsured 5-10 working days, Letter insured 3-5 working days and DHL already on the following working day.

Delayed shipping (approx. 5 - 7 days): For products that need to be reordered. We work hard to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Extended delivery time (approx. 10 - 14 days): In special cases, if products are not in stock or need to be specially made or sourced for you.

Delivery- Transportation time

The period for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
