Mr. Hanf Products listed as “In Stock” or “Available Now” are ready for shipment and can be quickly handed over to the shipping department once payment is received.

Important: Shipping occurs after payment is received. The binding delivery time for your selection is displayed directly on the product page, in the shopping cart, and at checkout.

Shipping methods: DHL, GLS, and standard mail

To ensure safe and appropriate delivery, we ship with reliable carrier partners. The shipping methods available for your order depend on the product, delivery country, and shopping cart. You can view the available shipping methods at checkout.

Suitable for many parcel deliveries. Specific availability is displayed during the checkout process.

GLS

Another reliable shipping option, provided it is available for your delivery address and order.

Mailing

Depending on your selection, insured or uninsured letter mail is available. The available options will appear at checkout.

Note on delivery time

Please always note the delivery time information on the product page and in the shopping cart. It shows you when an item is expected to be shipped and what delivery timeframe applies to your selection.

Product status explained simply

The product status helps you quickly determine whether an item is available immediately, will be restocked, or cannot currently be ordered.

In stock

The item is in stock and will be prepared for shipping once payment is received.

Ready to order

The item has been backordered or is already on its way to us. You can place an order for it; it will be shipped as soon as the item arrives.

With seeds, regular reorders ensure the freshest possible product.

Out of stock

This item is currently unavailable. If available, you can sign up to be notified as soon as it is back in stock.

Calculating the delivery time

The delivery time indicated on the product page depends on the payment method, the date the contract is concluded, and business days.

The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank for prepayment, or the day after the contract is concluded for other payment methods, and ends at the end of the last day of the period.

Important: If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the government at the delivery location, the next business day shall take the place of that day.
