How does ordering by mail work?
It’s easy! Add your desired items to the shopping cart just as you would with a normal online order. When you’re done, click the “Mail Order” button in the shopping cart. This will open a form that you can conveniently fill out online with your address and preferred shipping method.

If you have logged in, the information you provided will even be transferred automatically.

Order by mail from the shopping cart
Add the desired items to your shopping cart as you would with a normal online order.
Go to your shopping cart and click the "Mail Order" button.
Fill out the form that opens. Enter your address and preferred shipping method. If you are logged in, your information will be automatically transferred.
Click "Print Order" to print the form.
Order by mail using our forms
Download or add to cart one of the pre-designed letter templates. It is available as both a PDF and an HTML file.
Open the downloaded form on your device or generate a hard copy. You can also complete it directly in your browser.
Please fill out the form legibly with the required information, including your order details (item, item number, quantity, and amount!).
Hide the cash payment amount on a piece of paper, a postcard, or in an envelope. Seal the envelope with tape to prevent unauthorized opening.
Coin Tip: If you need to send loose change in an envelope due to an awkward decimal amount, you can also use a piece of cardboard. Cut out the coins and secure them with tape on both sides of the cardboard.
After you have prepared the box with the coins, ship it along with the completed form to the provided address.
Send the completed letter with the form and the funds to the provided address. For higher-value transactions, we recommend using registered mail to ensure security.
