Appointments (self-collection)
We are a pure online mail order company and do not offer a stationary service, but it is possible to order seeds online for collection by appointment and pick them up on site!

Postal shipping
The delivery time is usually about 3-5 working days for products in stock, provided the product is shipped in Austria. For deliveries outside Austria, the delivery time is extended by around 2-3 working days. If, contrary to expectations, it should take longer, please contact us. With a customer account, you can view the status of your order at any time in your personal area.

Would you like particularly important letters not to be delivered to your home mailbox? Then you can also have the letters sent to any postal branch in Austria. The letters will be held for collection at the relevant branch for at least 14 calendar days.

Postal storage AT & DE
Particularly important letters should not be delivered to your home? Then use the Postlagernd postal service. Your consignment will be sent to any postal branch in AT and DE of your choice. Your letter/parcel will be held for collection at the relevant branch for at least 14 calendar days.

To receive your shipment at a branch or DHL parcel store, enter this as the delivery address in three simple steps:

1. GIB your first and last name.
2. Enter your personal customer number (also known as your postal number) in the "Additional address" field. You can find this on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL app. If the "Additional address" field is not available, simply add your postal number after your surname with a space.
3. In the "Street" field, enter "Postal branch" (also for DHL parcel stores) and in the "House number" field, enter the three-digit number of the desired postal branch. Finally, enter the zip code and the location of the desired post office.

As the demand for cash on delivery orders has increased in recent years, we have decided to offer this service to our customers.

To take advantage of this service, we have two conditions:
1. cash on delivery only after the 3rd order in our online store.
2. to speed up the cash on delivery process, it is necessary for you to contact us, as only goods in stock can be shipped cash on delivery.

Deliveries to Switzerland
Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to Switzerland with parcel services!
Due to the fact that customs require all information of the customer as well as an original invoice and the value of the package, we are forced to send to Switzerland exclusively by post as a letter.
