You can use this form to cancel your order or individual items within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please note the following conditions and exclusions.
Requirements
- Cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods.
- The goods must be in a resalable condition.
- Returns within 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice.
- The return shipping costs are your responsibility as the buyer.
Excluded from cancellation
- Live plants, cuttings & seedlings Live plants are excluded from cancellation pursuant to § 18(1)(4) FAGG, as they can spoil quickly and return shipping cannot guarantee the quality and health of the plant. These products are not selectable in the form.
- Seeds with opened packaging Opened seeds are no longer saleable due to possible fungal infestation, contamination, and exposure to moisture. In accordance with § 18(1)(5) FAGG, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the seal has been broken.
- Expiration of the 14-day period
Cannabis seeds – Important notice
The cancellation of cannabis seeds is only possible if:
- The original packaging is intact and sealed
- The seeds have not been removed
You must confirm in the form that the seeds are in their unopened original packaging. Without this confirmation, the cancellation cannot be submitted.
