The work on the creation of an Ak Skunk strain was already started by the breeders in 2000. Through lengthy selection, backcrossing and selection procedures, the breeders finally succeeded in combining two strong strains, Ak-47 and Skunk # 1.
The result exceeds all expectations. The new hybrid variety has a high yield, pronounced aromas and the Skunk-high THC content. It is resistant to moisture and fungal diseases. Furthermore, easy to grow and ideal for beginners. In short, a great hybrid that has a balanced Sativa, Indica content, plus the best characteristics of Ak 47 and Skunk #1.
For indoor cultivation, we recommend the use of carbon filters, as the flower of this species produces a pungent odor.
