A.M.S means Anti Mold Strain and is a hybrid that was bred by combining a Swiss Indica from Ticino and the Swiss Sativa. AMS is a very resistant plant which is largely insensitive to mold and parasites, making it a good choice for outdoor cultivation in humid and unstable areas. This strain has two phenotypes, one clearly dominated by Indica genes and the other more influenced by Sativa. According to the manufacturer, it is recommended to pay attention to the Indica dominant phenotypes.

You can easily recognize which Indica is dominant by its appearance. Simply choose the plants that are the tallest and have the thickest leaves.

AMS has the ability to produce very good yields both indoors and outdoors. Grown indoors, a harvest of 600 to 700 grams per square meter can be expected after 8 weeks of maturation; however, if you give the plants another week more time, the buds will increase significantly in density and complexity. In optimal climatic conditions, outdoor harvesting can begin at the end of September, and after full ripening it will produce around 800 grams.

AMS forms elongated, very resinous and dense flower clusters, with pleasant fruity citrus aromas, which are intensified during the drying process. The smoke opens up a sweet complex taste in the mouth and causes an intense, inspiring high, while still keeping a clear head. The THC content of 15% and the 1% CBD content make this strain interesting for therapeutic use. The CBN content of 0.7 is relatively high, so that the effect is relaxing and not frenzied.
