Barney's Farm and the CBD Crew are now also working together to breed cannabis strains with a significantly higher CBD content than those currently available on the market, allowing medical users to benefit from the special quality and variety of their range.

The strain was created by crossing Blue Cheese and CBD Shark. With an equal CBD and THC content of around 6.5 %, CBD Blue Shark is not only an indica-dominant taste explosion without equal, the high CBD levels have also significantly increased the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant (age-protective) properties. The reduced THC content allows medical users to enjoy these properties while remaining clearer in the head than would be the case with "normal" cannabis strains.
