Aladdin's Skunk descends from the original Skunk#1 strain, first perfected by Sacred Seed Co and later by Super Sativa Seed Club, protected by the underground community since the late 80's and now passed on by Khalifa Genetics. It was developed by Sacred Seed Co in the early 70's and is probably the earliest indoor variety.

In 1982 Sam the Skunkman brought Skunk#1 seeds to Holland and soon after the famous Super Sativa Seed Club started using them. Thanks to its potent and wonderfully balanced effect, good yields and exceptional stability, thousands of growers have chosen Skunk#1 to create new strains. Examples include Jack Herer, Critical and Super Silver Haze, to name but a few.

Aladdin's Skunk is a selection of Skunk#1 that was intentionally kept pure.
It is an inbred line (IBL) that shows stability on a genetic and sexual level. Each plant has a very similar smell, structure and flowering time. The yield volume may vary, but in general it is a uniform variety.

Despite the fact that Aladdin's Skunk flowers quickly and forms dense flowering branches, it displays elegant foxtail flowers that prove its sativa heritage.
In addition, the plant stretches more than most Afghanis and the flowers are quite long. Aladdin's Skunk flowers very quickly both indoors and outdoors. The plants are usually ready to harvest at the end of September. As soon as they enter the second half of the flowering period, many specimens develop leaves with double serrated edges.

The calyx-to-leaf ratio is high and trichome production is abundant. The resin glands are very sticky, thick and moist looking. Aladdin's Skunk is easy to trim and very attractive. When you see the glistening, sticky Skunk flowers with their wonderful orange hairs, it's hard to imagine this strain is from the 70's!
This Skunk has a very rich smell, it is intriguing and delicious. The taste is very perfume-like, very sweet with fruity undertones. The effect is strong and long lasting, initially euphoric and creative, but quickly becomes relaxing, with a feeling that can last a few hours.
