Gelat.OG is the conclusion of the union of two highly sought after West Coast strains, Gelato and OG Kush. This plant has a delicious flavor, big yields, a fairly fast flowering time, and a happy but potent and relaxing effect.

Gelato itself has been causing quite a stir in the San Francisco Bay Area lately. With parents of the Sunset Sherbert phenotype and GSC Thin Mints, she not only tastes divine, but is an absolute beauty with deep purple flowers studded with orange pistils and a large white resin production. Gelat.OG's pollen comes from a specially selected phenotype of OG Kush from Oakland, California, a strain that should be very familiar to growers around the world. It spread from Florida to Los Angeles in the mid-1990s and became a mainstay thanks to its pine/lemon/petrol aroma and flavor, as well as its strong dose of uplifting effects.

Gelat.OG grows well both indoors and outdoors. Indoors, it can reach a height of 90 to 120 cm and yields 500-600 g/m2 in just 55-60 days of flowering. Outdoors, its producers recommend planting it in large pots or preferably directly in the ground, where it will reach a height of 220 cm. Harvest time is in the last days of September, so it can also be grown well in higher latitudes where the rigors of autumn have not yet made themselves felt, with yields of 400 to 600 g/plant.

The flavor and aroma of Gelat. OG combines sweet citrus fruits with earthy notes. THC production is very high at 25%, while the CBD content is minimal. The effect is extremely happy, pleasant and deeply relaxing.
