Diet Durban THCV 1:1 by Seedsman
WithDiet Durban THCV 1:1 FromSeedsman Durban THCV 1:1 is a novel sativa strain that combines a modern THCV:THC profile with classic Durban character and a focused, clear high.
This strain was created from a Landrace Thai and Caprichosa Thai and is shorter and faster flowering than its parents. At the heart of these genetics is theTHCV:THC ratio of around 1:1 with around 7 % each accompanied by only small amounts of other cannabinoids such as CBD. Diet Durban THCV 1:1 is therefore aimed at growers who want to experiment specifically with THCV and its special spectrum of effects.
Around 80 % of the plants develop as females, which is why the strain is classified as feminized. However, growers should be aware that a small proportion of indoor plants may exhibit male characteristics in early flowering stages, especially under water or light stress. As sativa-dominant cannabinoid strain Diet Durban remains somewhat more compact compared to many Thai landraces and can therefore be better integrated into the usual Indoor environments.
Indoors, theFlowering time on average around 9 to 10 weeks . Very good yields are possible in this phase, which can be in the range of around 450-600 g/m² depending on the setup. The plants remain comparatively low, making them ideal for growers who want a sativa-type profile but have limited height available. A stable environment with as little stress as possible will help to realize the full potential of these special genetics.
Outdoors, Diet Durban THCV 1:1 matures in the northern hemisphere around the end of October and in the southern hemisphere around April. This makes outdoor cultivation particularly suitable for regions where late autumn precipitation, rain or frost do not endanger the plants too much. The variety feels at home in dry, humid and warm climates and can produce average yields of around 200-450 g per plant outdoors, provided the location and care are suitable.
Sensory-wise, Diet Durban THCV 1:1 is floral and spicy, with coniferous notes of pine, aniseed and delicate citrus undertones; the aroma is described as medium strong and easy to control. Due to its resin production, the strain is also moderately suitable for extracts if you want to use the special Cannabinoid profile in concentrates or other preparations.
The effect is described as very stimulating, clear and energetic and is characterized by the predominance of THCV in relation to THC. Of note is a perceived appetite suppressant component that stands out from many classic THC-emphasized strains. Overall, Diet Durban THCV 1:1 offers an exciting option for anyone consciously looking for a modern, experimental sativa with a clearly defined THCV:THC profile.
